This is a newly established department, intended to work together with the raw materials department (polyester long fiber sales) at the Japanese headquarters, to bring the sales of Teijin and local Chinese thread and raw knitted material manufacturers from China to the world. Currently they are beginning positive sales to the Japanese market, with the main products being interior materials used primarily as curtains. From now on, they will also begin expanding internal materials related products by strengthening product development and supply, working hard to expand Teijin’s market share in Japanese internal decoration.

In addition, this department also works hard on the development and ensuing production and sales of the PTT fiber “SOLOTEX” original materials and raw knitted materials. From now on, it will start working on developing “SOLOTEX” cotton locally.

This department’s sales of raw materials are mainly represented by polyester, and include many different areas. We plan to further use Teijin’s technology and collaborate with local suppliers to create many differentiated raw materials.

Despite the fact that the business is centered on the Japanese market, from now on we plan to actively begin opening up the Chinese market.
